Data Deletion Request

Information regarding the deletion of your personal data

This page explains how users of the Subsio mobile application can submit requests regarding the deletion of their personal data.

Which Data is Deleted?

When a data deletion request is created, the following user data is deleted:

  • First and last name
  • Email address
  • Profile information
  • All in-app data associated with the user account

Deleted data cannot be recovered.

How to Request Data Deletion?

Users can submit data deletion requests in two different ways:

1. Through the Application (Recommended)

Within the Subsio application: By following the Settings → Account → Delete Account steps, the account and all associated data can be permanently deleted. This method is the fastest and most automatic way to delete data.

2. Via Email

Users who do not have access to the application can submit their data deletion requests via email.

The email content must include the following information:

  • Registered email address in the application
  • The phrase "Data Deletion Request"

The request will be processed after identity verification is completed.

Data Deletion Period

Data deletion requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days from the receipt of the request. Data that is required to be kept due to legal obligations (if any) is preserved in accordance with the relevant legislation.

Third-Party Services

User data is stored on Firebase within the scope of infrastructure services. When a data deletion request is approved, the relevant data held in third-party services is also deleted.
